How to make sure that you know about Product Updates
At Kennedy Carter we are always improving our products and we release new versions and updates frequently. To make sure that you are notified when this happens, and are able to receive the updates, you can register and download them from this web site.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that at least one person at each user site is registered to receive product availability notifications by this mechanism. By default, we do not send out any other notifications.
If you choose to register for e-mail updates, we will only use your e-mail address to send you notifications of new product download availability and not for any other purpose. Part of the process involves placing you in a specific customer group. This ensures that you will only receive e-mails relating to products to which you are entitled.
If you have already registered and/or been placed in a customer group, you can skip the relevant step(s) below.
To register on the Kennedy Carter web site:
- Fill out and submit the registration form
- Click on the activation link in the confirmation e-mail that you will then receive from us
To be placed in the appropriate customer group:
- Contact customer support asking to be placed in the appropriate customer group. In this request you must provide the following information:
- Your web site login name and registered e-mail address
- Your "Customer Number" or, if this is unknown:
- The name of your company, the site/project you work on and the main contact person there
Your "Customer Number" will have been allocated and sent to your project when you originally purchased your Kennedy Carter products. You can find out what it is by looking in any of your licence key files at the "INSTALLATION" field.
- We will notify you when this placement has been completed
To notify us that you wish to receive update e-mails:
- Login to the web site using your userid and password
- Edit your user profile and set it to "Receive e-mail updates"
Once these steps have been completed you can browse the available downloads then download any product to which you are entitled.
