Java is widely used in many application areas including networked systems and embedded devices. The iUML tool suite offers two Java code generators:

• TA-8 provides the ability to take an xUML model and produce a Java 2 SE implementation that is distributed across multiple processes, each with multiple processing threads;

• TA-10 provides fast and efficient Java 2 ME or SE transforming an entire xUML model into a single run time process targeted at embedded devices.
